Warranty Policy
We Rejuvlights (hereinafter refer to as “Rejuv”) provide the following warranty policy to you.
All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty. If within 1 year from the date of purchase the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship when used in accordance with the applicable instructions for use provided in the user guide, Rejuv will at its discretion, repair or replace the product, or necessary components free of charge. After the warranty has ended, you will be obliged to pay for any for all parts and associated labor costs.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
(a) Problems with the product are caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or modification;
(b) Cosmetic damage.
(c) Products purchased from a third party or retail outlet (other than products provided by Rejuv to the third party/ retail outlet), or unauthorized reseller.
(d) The product when used in a commercial setting.
How to claim under the warranty policy?
To see if your product claim falls under our warranty policy, you must contact us by email at support@werejuv.com with the details so that we are able to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You may be asked to provide proof of any defects, and therefore you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects
If we determine that the product falls under the warranty terms and conditions, the shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of Rejuv. If we need to inspect the physical product before determining whether the product falls under the warranty policy, the shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, in order to proceed with your request, you may be instructed to comply with various troubleshooting tasks, per the request of our team. If the product requires repair, our team will provide additional instructions for the product to be shipped to us. All repairs must be completed by Rejuv’s manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible to you or any third party for direct, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition. Rejuv’s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by the buyer for the defective product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The foregoing limitations shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.
Risk of Loss
You agree to use Rejuv products only in the manner for which it is intended and in compliance with the instructions and warnings set forth in the operating and service manual included with the product. You are responsible for, and assumes all risk of, loss, theft, or damage to, the product. Except as set forth in the operating and service manual, Rejuv makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
