Treatment Guidelines

Full spectrum mode in the morning and through the working day, positioned so the light reaches your face rather than only the desk.

Amber from late afternoon onwards. Red for the last hour before bed, and as a night light if you need one.

Adjust the head so the light does not shine directly into your eyes. You want the room lit, not the lamp stared at.

Charge over Type-C. Two hours gives around eight hours of use, so most people charge it overnight once or twice a week.

The mode matters more than the brightness. Getting the timing right does more than turning it up.
