Treatment Guidelines

Full spectrum mode in the morning and through the working day, positioned so the light reaches your face rather than only the desk surface.

Amber from late afternoon onwards. Red for the last hour before bed, and as a night light if you use one.

Angle the head so the light fills the room rather than shining directly into your eyes.

Charge over Type-C. Two hours gives roughly eight hours of use, which for most people means charging once or twice a week.

Getting the timing of the modes right matters more than how bright you run it.
