Treatment Guidelines

Place the mat on a chair, a sofa or the floor, behind your back or under your legs depending on what you are treating.

Twenty to thirty minutes per session. Start at a lower temperature for the first week and work up. There is no benefit to starting at 80 degrees.

Lower PEMF frequencies for evening sessions, higher for daytime. Run it while you work, read or watch something.

Five sessions a week. This mat exists to be used daily rather than occasionally, and the results follow the frequency of use rather than the length of any single session.

Do not use the PEMF function if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant, speak to your doctor first.
