Treatment Guidelines

Clean, dry skin, or a light serum if you want the warmth to help it absorb. Heavy creams block the light.

Two to three minutes per area, moving slowly in small circles with light pressure. Around the eyes, along the jaw, either side of the mouth, up the sides of the neck.

Do not press hard. The work is being done by light and warmth, not force, and the skin around the eyes does not thank you for pressure.

Five nights a week. Puffiness often responds within days. Firmness and fine lines take eight to twelve weeks.

Wipe the head clean after every use and charge over USB when the light dims.
