Treatment Guidelines

Put the hat on dry hair with the strap adjusted so the LEDs sit against the scalp rather than resting on top of the hair.

Ten minutes per session. The timer handles it. Doubling the session does not double the effect, because light therapy has a biphasic dose response.

Four to five sessions a week. This is the slowest product in the range to show anything, and it should be. Give it three months of consistent use before you make a judgement.

No product in the hair beforehand. Oils and dry shampoo sit between the LEDs and the scalp.

Charge over USB-C, and wipe the inner band down every few weeks.
