Treatment Guidelines

Position the dome over the area you are treating with clean, dry skin underneath. Serums and creams sit as a film between the light and the skin, so they go on afterwards.

Ten to thirty minutes per session, lying still. Longer is not better, because light therapy has a biphasic dose response and past a point more exposure does less than the right amount.

Use the full dome across the face and upper body, or detach a single panel when treating a smaller area.

Wear the protective eyewear. At 720 diodes the dome is bright enough that closing your eyes is not sufficient.

Four to five sessions a week. Tone and surface clarity usually shift first, firmness and fine lines take eight to twelve weeks.
