Treatment Guidelines

Hold the device 10 to 15cm from the area you are treating, or set it on the tabletop stand and position yourself in front of it.

Ten minutes per area. The auto timer ends the session for you. Treating two areas means two separate sessions rather than one longer one, because light therapy has a biphasic dose response and past a point more exposure does less than the right amount, not more.

Bare skin, nothing in between. Clothing and skincare sit as a film between the light and the tissue underneath.

Four to five sessions a week. Soreness and stiffness usually respond within the first week or two. Skin changes take eight to twelve weeks, which is where the published research measured them.

Wear the protective eyewear when treating the face, and charge over USB when the battery indicator drops.
